let's say it this way. if your moneymoto is going to have more purchases, then u can use him as a commander, because he only can be upgraded via money.

attacking players and barbarians are different.
recommended barbarian commanders are lohar, belisaurus, boudica. highly recommend boudica for her mixed army capabilities
for players, which u will engage in open fields, will be scipio, boudica, and specialize cavalry later, pelagius + belisaurus.
lancelot is just for beginning few weeks, after that using him will be suicidal for pvp.

for gaythering, u need 5 commanders. constance, joan, sarka, gaius marius, centurion AND cleopatra (optional because hard to skill up)
focus on constance first, since her max skill unlocks +10% free resources for any amount gathered by her.

My alliance have thought of migrating together but still unable to decide whether to stay or migrate. So, we're running a vote today and see what's the majority wants. If we stay, we'll be able to compete for event ranking easier since most strong players have already left. Even the King's alliance is in shambles and our alliance became the no. 1 in ranking. If we migrate now, there's only 25 days left for the KvK and we'll have to rebuild our alliance tech since they can't provide us shell alliance with advance tech and Holy sites. We'll be at disadvantage in the bi-weekly AoO too.

About T5, there wouldn't be anymore T5 player in our kingdom after next week since he and his alliance will be migrating too. We can only hope to reach T5 ourselves in the next couple of months to go.

Need to correct something here. Lohar is not that good for Barbarian Fort but good for Barbarians. Especially good for leveling up other Commanders because of his bonus XP skill. If you have a Richard with maxed 1st skill, this pair is gonna last very long at fighting barbarians continuously without returning to the city.

Anyway, any Epic/Legendary Peacekeeper hero is better for Barbarian Fort compare to commander like Scipio. I everytime I see my member use a Scipio as primary commander for rallying Barb Fort.

considering i jst started...during BF2/3 rally..i send whatever hero i wanna level up. as i know the dmg i gonna inflict will be 1-2% anyway.

leaving the real take down to those with 120k armies or more...

There's no XP gained from rallying Fort, just XP tomes. I think he just used the only maxed commander he has. He can win the battle but its going to have more Severely Wounded troop compared when you use Peacekeeper commander who has bonus damage to Barb and active skill which helps to end the battle much quicker. Btw, I mean he's the rally starter.

About Minamoto, spending RM5/month is going to be nearly impossible to max him out. It cost like USD220 to buy all the VIP chests that contains his Sculpture. Welcome to the Rise of Visa MasterCard.

You can use him if you're joining somebody else's rally. It lets you bring more troop if you have his Troop Capacity skill upgraded.

i googled and saw lotsa combination...so a bit unsure how i should go about it. especially the belisaurus u mentioned, i dont have..so thought of trying to pair those i have...or maybe i share out here and see suggestions on who to pair with :

I suggest that you ignore Minamoto if you don't plan to max his skills and focus on Epic commanders instead. If you really want Legendary commanders, focus on those obtainable from Tavern and their skill upgradable with Gold Sculpture.

For commander pairing, go for Archer + Archer, Infantry + Infantry or Cavalry + Cavalry pairs for their specialization bonus. You can search youtube for RoK videos on these (Legend Rhony, Dragothien etc....).

Ultimately, you need to bring Gathering commander like Joan of Arc, Gaius, Constance, Sarka, Centurion to Lv 37 to unlock the final talent on the Gathering tree.

Focus on maxing the level of one PvP commander first (the Primary Commander) first. You can pair Lohar and that commander to fight barbarians whenever you have Action Points. Having a high level Lohar is good for PvE content too.

to be specific, Lohar is good for killing barbarians, NOT barb forts. Moneymoto when max skilled is good at everything and exceptionally good when rallying barb forts.
Lohar is meant to be used as a commander to assist the 2nd commander to level up.
so u will see a lot of people attacking with Lohar with various other commanders.
Never take Lohar for pvp, its bad and will make your troops freekill.

from your list, concentrate on your scipio, joan, sun tzu. get these 3 to higher levels.

scipio + joan = open field combat
sun tzu = city garrison

chii deduced that Boudica is the best waifu to rally barb forts at the epic tier. Boudica + Belisaurus = Ok for killing forts
no need level up blue commanders except the gathering ones. Lancelot maybe, if u want him for pvp in the 1st / 2nd week
btw, never spend gems on anything for now. all stockpile up

basically herman is average, his first skill just is not effective for pvp or pve. it is only used for the capture of certain barbarian structures.

osman is ok to lead main commander and pair up with hermann, since u only got these 2 for now.

focus on belisaurus + pelagius = cavalry
kusonoki = archers
sun tzu + eulji = infantry
boudica + scipio = mixed army

these are actually what chii use.
normally u will not be engaging in open combat alot. so, try to get your barbarian commander to higher levels first, so you can do pve content more.
btw, make sure u max joan first skillwise. her expertise brings a lot of advantage to your battles in pve and pvp.
any battle with joan inside increases your army strength by alot.

your goal is always to use scipio to tank and let joan come in from the side to support as the 2nd / 3rd army to buff others.

not to kill your excitement, but u should really stop with moneymoto......better invest to caocao, as least u can skill him up normally.
moneymoto.....only can buy packs to unlock his skills. cannot even use universal sculptures to skill him up.

kusonoki is an epic commander, he lead archers.

I've finally made up my mind and migrated yesterday to the neighboring kingdom that's more active. Though they're not the strongest in the continent (2nd place in KvK), I felt more comfortable when we're making discussion between our kingdoms. Hope I can get used to the new people around and make most out of the remaining 3 weeks in the current KvK.
