IMHO "whichever topic" is probably not a very good idea. You need to pick a topic and specialize in it. Subscribers will expect the content of the same topic. For example, if you do a food review, ppl will subscribe and expect you to do more food reviews. It'll be weird if you're suddenly talking about politics or gaming.
What's a topic you are passionate about?

QUOTE(pinklittlecat @ Oct 27 2018, 06:16 PM) Thanks so much for replying to my message. I would more be on lgbt rights and some personal experiences thing. Regarding camera and equipment, you don't need to splurge a lot. It's always great to have high-quality video and audio, but the content is number 1 priority. That being said, audio is more important than video, so invest in a good microphone before a good camera. So personal experiences relating to LGBT rights? It's not a "bad idea" per se, it depends on how you present it. If it's just ranting about how someone didn't treat you well that one time, probably not so interesting. Maybe get some ideas from the LGBT community to figure out what kind of videos they would want to watch?

QUOTE(pinklittlecat @ Nov 13 2018, 02:03 PM) Maybe I should get out there to build one lgbt network first. It’s a great taboo in Malaysia. I just wish I could do something to defend lgbt are humans too. Yet I couldn’t find where to start with. I have a hectic schedule now as an intern. When my internship is done I would I could start but then now I wish I could plan an idea first. Just getting ideas from your circle of friends would be good enough to start with. I'm not sure if LYN has an LGBT thread? Maybe you can start one too hehe.
