i wouldn't say a person who has 500k savings has education problem. anybody can be conned, depends whether u fall for it or not.

My personal experience is less than RM20k they dont ask questions. Last year when i withdrew RM50k they did ask me the reason. I told them I am buying a new car then they proceed with the withdrawal.
