I had encountered the Unsuccessful transaction while top-up ASM 2 wawasan through Maybank2u.
The amount had deducted / debited from my MBB a/c.
Called Maybank and as told by the officer that I need to follow up with ASNB to get back the refund.
Is anyone of here did encountered this before... & appreciate it you could advice the correct channel that I can recover the refund.

Hi , glad to know u r encountered this problem.

my experience as below :
1) plz call to myASNB Portal Contact Centre 03 – 8026 8101 , tell them rujukan transaction number+date+amount+ from which bank , within a week officer will call you again to confirm what date u will get the refund .
my advise :
asnb officer said even we don't inform them ,they will automatic detect the problem and refund to us .
Would you like to take this opportunity to test how efficient and effective they are ?
