maybe PNB dont intent to raise money using ASM1, otherwise today is the best day to collect fund for further investment.
Prospect ASM2 is much promising, it seems IMO

i think bank closed for access and taking Q number now..
now pnb may be quantifying how much total redeemed to decide whether to open gate..may be if 515pm nothing, means we call it end of today...
haha...a lot of imagination.
