I think she meant it is good for long time session like a straight 5 hours staring ur screen perhaps. Truelife means glossy screen. It can be used like mirror bcoz at some angle some brightness (like black screen) could reflect ur image and it is quite annoying some time. Sometimes its a cool effect. Non-Truelife will not reflect anything but the screen will be dull-looking and not as shiny as Truelife.
