Tbh this is the first time i got this issue. P9, S8+(Got some red tint but was solve with a software update), P20 Pro were all fine and bought on day 1 except for Mate 20 pro.

26th is coming soon and hoping to hear some news from my local delivery centre regarding the "new" replacement phone.

From a consumer perspective this doesn’t make sense cause you’re not the one who damage it.

If it’s something out of the box you deserve to change.

Heck even if I buy a durian the durian they opened is too old or too young, I also can change to a new one on the spot.

Submitted my phone 2 weeks ago to delivery centre and still waiting. It’s been so long since until it feels like I never actually bought this phone before.

Hopefully is fixed. Tbh it’s a good phone but a lot of impression got ruined by the green screen. Mine should be arriving soon to Miri as they will send today. Finger crossed.

Yeah. But next month Huawei gonna launch the first infinity O phone soon. This gonna makes this year flagship looks outdated again.

If the issue persist I will just refund if possible and wait for next year flagship.

Camera wise you won’t see much difference except the ultra wide lens in mate20p.
Battery on mate 20 p is great as well other than that they’re basically the same.
