If permanently minor, I'm fine but this greeny thing will keep growing, no 1 knew how far it will go, I checked on the xda forum, some units gradually turn bad till med/full brightness also visible.

Same issues and the situation here quite heated up with the high tone lol, they asked me to leave the phone there and give me spare phone to use. No ETA given when will be new replacement ready.

Woman with her daughter , the daughter phone's though , and afterwards another guy who had similar green issue. I felt so paiseh standing there hearing the conversation lol, the worker there patiently listen to the complain though

Quick update on my case,

They found a hairline scratches on my phone and refuse for 1-1 replacement , only screen replacement. Ytd I had contact with country director and this morning a lady called me while I otw to Pav SC, shortly after the lady liaised with the SC , they agree 1-1 replacement for me. Not sure what the ETA though but I'm glad they handle it promptly of my case.

Bad thing is.....car buntut kena bang while otw back from Pav sad.gif

No idea as I used v carefully by cover it with hydrophobic cloth always. I'm waiting hao5D too, that y didn't bother to apply other overprice screen protector yet.

Ntg I can do against their policy unless I further stress them , as long as they honor the new device warranty and no green tint issue , I'm fine with it. I also back to my HTC 10 , gosh I cant get use to the 5.15 inch QHD LCD anymore lol

I bought my device in Senheng so not entitled of the refund. I ask the service center lady hand it back to me and took a few portrait of my baby girl in the SC, shortly after sent it to my wife before hard reset the device. The camera is awesome!

Where did u bought? Go directly to SC , on the phone hardly solve this. Show them on the spot the green tint photo/proof.
