Will try to ask for your case. I think there'll be announcement make when the country director back from China. Huawei Malaysia FB extremely quiet to Mate 20 Pro. They focus on Nova 3 series only. The old posts of Mate 20 Pro almost flood by customer complain about the green screen.

I check on Senheng, they able to do 1-1 replacement I think but required sometimes and bit slow as they have to get in touch with Huawei first. Anyway thx in advance for your help , hope you get the refund without any hassle lol

Just found a hairline crack/scratch on my naked screen fml sleep.gif , more reason for 1-1 replacement lol , anyway i check the HiCare apps , there is a screen replacement warranty valid for a month. I think that 1 is refer to crack , 1 time replacement.

Maybe u try the apps with dark background instead of camera, I turned on ultra saving mode with blk background completely fine.

Mine was scratched a minor, bit heartache but screen has this green bleed issue though, so wait for 1-1 replacement and worst screen replacement

I googled before I pre-order that they choose BOE screen as their panel , mana tau LG also part of it sleep.gif , ill think twice when I knew it was LG's.

Went to Senheng jst nw , they ask me to refer back to Huawei service center, any 1 whom not buying from Huawei pavilion and get their 1-1 replacement? I think I couldn't get refund cause buying from other authorized dealer.

I doubt they have stock for 1-1 replacement atm , they still taking the ongoing order and some havent even received their new phone yet lol
