is mate 20 got OIS? I have checked gsmarena and did not mention camera got OIS...

mate 20 pro only got OIS in telephoto lens?

Yes.

Mate 20 uses AIS (AI Image Stabilization). 2x optical zoom.

Mate 20 Pro uses both OIS and AIS. 3x optical zoom.

There is no such thing as "AIS". It's just a marketing term for electronic image stabilization.
They just want to use "AI" in every way they can.lol

Did you see the author of the article?
Tell this to any professional photographer/videographer and he will laugh at you.

Again, AIS is "just" EIS as it crops the image in the viewfinder and use it as stabilizer.

This goes to show Huawei has done a good job in marketing. AI is the in-thing now so why not use "AI" in every way they can?lol

Well, you can go and argue with the author of the below...

But thats all?

Sad. Lol

Yes, unless somebody found the method to hack into the EMUI dialer and change it.

By the way, you can totally replace the stock dialer with True Caller. But the free version of True Caller got ads that might sometimes a bit irritating.
