Their main office is in HK Kowloon but they also have an office here in KL, you can send it back to them through KL office and they will take care the rest for you..

Haha to fully utilize it right me too only using 1 sim...coz I prefer to carry 2nd phone...for many reasons

I clarified with hk and msia T&L and they confirmed that the warranty can only be claimed through them, not apple store or any AASP, guess that’s their template reply across the board, and also part of their standard policy.

But so far I couldn’t spot any differences on the unit compare to local or SG set ...wondering how would apple store know where we get it from, it is almost identical to any other country sets...let’s wait till oct 26 to find out..

They will set a specific time like 11.11 at 9AM, so you click on the digital voucher at 9am and u will get it, limited though..

No idea coz I only used the mod.. but I advise once you put on the casing, don’t remove if not necessary, that should minimize and reduce the chances of getting scratches..

The MOD NX is for the 2018 iPhones, they fix a few issues with the gaps at the bottom near charging port and also the side gap, but can’t run away from scratching the phone coz of the tight fitting..

Yea they are aware of the gap issue that’s why rectified it on the NX, but still didn’t do anything about sharp edges lol...I wouldn’t recommend this brand,

I think can try to put a cloth in between the phone and casing, then push in the phone, and later pull out the cloth, but it has to be a thin cloth so that it won’t stuck in it, that should prevent the case from scratching the phone...

I still think it’s better to have a cloth in between when u push it in, compare to direct scratch between phone and casing..

I know...that was just a suggestion to whoever OCD over casings and scratches to their stainless steel
