I purchased on the 26 sep 3pm, cancelled around 5pm, and qoo10 completed and approved the refund around 7pm, all in 1 day, however bank only reverse the funds back to my credit card on 10 oct, that’s about 2 weeks+...

On their side they can’t do anything, they approved it already, I called qoo10 a few times and they say system stated refund completed and successfully on sep26, nothing much they can do...not sure why bank only deduct that amount after 2-3 weeks...

looks good... but it seems similar to my current super soft TPU... soft as rubber can even bend the whole thing... im looking for something slightly harder.. bend a little but not too much...

yea i bought a super thin and slim one from shopee, you bought the same too.. find it a bit too soft for my liking

btw, the back camera part has any lip to it? or doesnt protect the camera from flat surface?

hmm i personally find the torch and camera to be perfect though

malaysia is the same as SG set = running on eSim... not dual physical sim..

Rest assured you will be fine with it, go with the Xs max...i came from 7+ to X (struggled at the beginning but eventually got used to it), now with the Xs max is much better

Use stainless steel polisher, but do light polish nothing too harsh..

No not the screen, only on stainless steel...light touches only..u can get it from any DIY shop I guess..

Ouchs, make a dispute!

So after careful observation comparing with my friend’s Max with borderless TG, the full border TG does cover the screen but it is so little that it’s almost not worth mentioning, probably 0.5% screen was covered...actually when we tilt the phone to the side, we can somewhat see some of the screen hidden under the black side border..but I can live with it coz it’s too minor...

And guys pls just ignore any cheap TG without oleophobic or whatever coat, coz a branded one does make a world of difference...not just the look of it but also the feel when we finger swipe on the screen..or tap or whatever

There are 2 types of xs max....dual physical sim (2 nano SIM cards) and eSim (1 nano sim and 1 eSim/digital sim)

-Only Xs MAX from HK/China/Macau sets get dual physical sim (XS [not Max] are all eSim units across the world)
-Other countries inc. Malaysia - gets eSim unit
-We will be able to use eSim in Malaysia when the telco's are ready (unknown when), and when there is iOS 12.1 (currently 12.0.1)

noooo i used to ask this question last year on my X....actually you don't need to keep restarting the phone unless you find it acting weird, gets hot, laggy, or not stable etc, then a normal restart should fix it.... i remember when i get my X last year, the first month wasnt smooth for me, the phone gets hot and etc... charged to full 100% and unplug before sleep, next morning wake up left 50% and etc...... this time on the xs max... everything's good so far (hope i don't jinx it)....lol

Yeap my rhino mod also scratches the X, the casing offers good shock protection though, but it causes some scratches to it first lol..and it’s too bulky, totally not a fan of it..
