Saw a normal PS4 slim 500G is selling RM 1500
Both oso in a physical shop..
then there's one PRO 1T spiderman edition selling at RM 1050 at Lazada.
I'm now confuse.
Actually how much should i pay for 500G console and how much actually for a PRO 1T.

you will need the space, a typical AAA game is 40-50GB. If you get the upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 it is over 100GB. but the good thing is you can easily change the hard disk(use laptop style hard disk). Sony even included the instructions.

Since you all suggest we can easily increase the space, look like a 500G is good enuf for me at this moment...

Space enough or not enough, I think this is matter of personal management.

As for me, when I started to play a new game, I just focus on that particular game until I finish it. Delete it, then only switch to another new game. If I want to repeat the old game, then I just redownload it.

22 years ago i bought PS to play Biohazard(RE) with no doubt because only one type of PS that time. some more no need to think about storage, just buy memory card if needed.
Now after 22 years, i want to buy PS4 to play Biohazard2 remake(RE2 remake) but don't know which PS4 to buy. will sell off after finish play or after my wife make noise.

I would recommend you to get a used ps4 slim

just get a used ps4 slim, that goes for around 700-800+- depending on the packages they given you. current price for used RE2 remake is around 170-180, which if you've finished, you might not only not lose any money, break even at best. good luck.

Yeah...actually 500GB is enough...but i kiasu, lazy to delete game and got myself a 1TB external drive....external drives pretty cheap nowadays ans price drop every few months.

But your method is definitely doable and i recommend too if dont want to buy more storage space.

With current unifi speed, 500gb is enough for me...not sure for the future but hey look at Google Stadia...

I would think 1 TB would be just nice.

My 500GB PS4 not enough, so i used external 1TB drive...still lots of space.

1TB would allow you to keep some games which has replayability values, while those play once finished, can delete, like RPGs.

The bundle is good. I got it. Now there is another package called days of play. Not too bad too.
