Hi everyone. Need some help.
Last week I used grabpay (debit card) for a ride. For some reason the payment didn't went through. This is not the first time so I don't think too much of it (usually after retry will be ok).
So fast forward to today. This morning I needed to use grab but I cannot use grabpay (debit card). So I tried to 'retry' using same card. I am 100% sure I have money in the account. First time I tried, it failed. So I say heck, why not retry again, so I retried again. But I still fail.
Suddenly I got 2 sms from my bank saying that payment was made to GRAB inc. So I was charged twice.
I then checked online banking. Yep, there are 2 transactions.
Then, I check my grab apps, I thought now can use grabpay. But too bad, still say I owe grab, so no grabpay for me.
Anyone experienced the same thing? How long usually it takes for this to be resolved?
