Hi everyone. Need some help.
Last week I used grabpay (debit card) for a ride. For some reason the payment didn't went through. This is not the first time so I don't think too much of it (usually after retry will be ok).
So fast forward to today. This morning I needed to use grab but I cannot use grabpay (debit card). So I tried to 'retry' using same card. I am 100% sure I have money in the account. First time I tried, it failed. So I say heck, why not retry again, so I retried again. But I still fail.
Suddenly I got 2 sms from my bank saying that payment was made to GRAB inc. So I was charged twice.
I then checked online banking. Yep, there are 2 transactions.
Then, I check my grab apps, I thought now can use grabpay. But too bad, still say I owe grab, so no grabpay for me.
Anyone experienced the same thing? How long usually it takes for this to be resolved?

If you did not call back their customer service i doubt it will be resolve.

sorry nobody can help you on this here that's for sure..... you'll need to call into Grab hotline, if they can't help you then nobody can liao......

sounds like ur card were authorized 2 times, just call grab hotline, they can track ur money fo sho

Eventually I received an email from their grabpay team. On their end, they already rejected the payment. So I called the bank and they told me the money is just 'floating' for now. Will be credited into my account in a few working days.
