I tried the new troll last night, what I would recommend using:
First Item Heart, that would give about 2.3k life. I went for 2nd heart which I think would not be necessary. Perhaps Assault Cuirass would be a better option. Increase speed and additional armor. If opponent's team full of spammer, HOD would be great as well. After assault perhaps another heart?  |

Unbalance here..unbalance there..at the end everyone still loves it..lolz..
just like when blood seeker 1st came out..everyone was saying its too unbalance..lolz..now blood seeker,i don;t even put him on sight if he solo lane with my akasha or spaming hero..rofl=D |
