Exactly. this kind of essential features they remove on the pro version really doesn't make much sense.

That's why in the end I still go for note 9. All the essential features are here. No need for gimmicky notch face unlock/in display fingerprint etc. Now Huawei even wanna release their own SD card which doesn't have any realistic benefits.

Camera performance doesn't have to be the best if you know what you're doing with it. Most of the time just for instagram its more than good enough.

I know its coming so get note 9 first. this follow what Apple does trend really sucks though. Let's see what Samsung does about the notch since so far they're the only ones who refuse to follow that trend.

Using ringke onyx now, feels good for me. Not slippery, but might be slightly bulky if you have small hands.
Dropped the phone a couple of times already so far the case has done its job

The bumper looks good but doesn't it make the phone a bit too wide? Thought of getting one too! But even with my ringke case the phone too thick to fit into the osmo mobile gimbal might need to look for slim case

Always a price to pay for being early no item that doesn't drop in value cept for fruit phone

Got but not satisfactory results i gave up on screen protectors after using s7e. The hassle of looking for the perfect one not worth the time and money imo.

Plus the screen looks and feels better without sp anyways

Casing I still use 3rd party ones like ringke. Can't stand the fingerprints and greasy look of the clear casing
And the casing does help if the phone ever drops haha. I still have the screen warranty. Maybe should let it "crack" and change before it expires

Agree on the note 9 a bit blur. Not sure what's the reason. You need to hold your hand steady for a sec or two if not the pic will be blurred. Might be shutter lag? Oddly enough never encountered this problem before on my previous s7e

Not all phones are created equal sadly. Even between same model same chipset eg with our note 9, there's still minor differences that can affect the battery life. Eg the cpu binning, battery decay etc.

Some people might just be luckier and get a set with better battery life

Just stop using screen protectors once you go naked, you don't go back.
