Sorry to say you likely won't find any. The market trend is moving towards and favoring handsets with bigger and bigger displays, even back in 2014 there were already plenty of flagships phones moving beyond 4" display.

No handset manufacturer want to risk producing a phone with decent specs with a 5" or below display for consumers. There is simply no market for them. Your best bet is to look around for a budget phone or at least a lower-midrange one.
