I don't think there is any 8x max users here.

Anyway, security patch for September 2020 is updated for Honor 8x few days ago.

bro what other good value phone we can migrate to after this? below 1k

Actually Honor 9x Pro is a good buy for < 1k but I heard until now the phone still on EMUI 9 aka Android 9.

Anything is there is NO GMS for Honor 9x Pro, if u can live with it?

Nova 7i is also good for under 1k on Android 10 but NO GMS.

The last batch with GMS around 1k for older phones, can find Honor 20 or Huawei Nova 5T for around RM 1200.

Hi.. did google restrict or limit its services on 8x? I can play & install new apps from playstore but cant find updates.

Also cant open youtube even after restart phone, is it just mine?

your play store looks different o the search bar.

mine got 3 line on the top left on the search bar...click on the 3 line can see menu appear on the left side.

Yep so was mine. Been like this for almost a week now. But youtube refused to open only since yesterday

Guys need some help, I can't find VoLTE setting. I ggogled and supposedly this phone model supports it. Using Celcom now single SIM card, and as all Malaysian Telcos are ending 3G and enabling VoLTE for all users.
Nevermind, found out just need to update EMUI to 10.0.0.17 for the setting to show.
