Im from KL area. looking for a rough quote as follows:-

1. to erect a car porch.  The porch is currently empty and I wish to erect a 25 x 20 car porch.

2. to extend the back room to the balcony. The owner, who owns an architect firm, told me that the column and foundation are all done up. As such, I can just extend the room to the current balcony. There is already opening in the back room which accesses to the balcony. I want to extend a further 10 x 10.
