Hello, would like to get a quote for renovation, 2 storey terrace:
20x70
1. Extention of front gate.
2. Installation of electrical point for auto gate system.
3. Outdoor tiling (to raise the floor a bit, rain water cannot go out because road higher than tiles)
4. Whole house need re-tile. Stairs and floor 1 parquets removal.
5. 3 bathroom - remodal (tile, pipes, new sink, new toilet).
6. Add additional electrical points , rough estimation 20 units.
7. Checking on electrical wires.
8. Ceiling need some patchwork.
