the total price is about RM136k, which doesn't include cabinet accessories, sink, kitchen blower, stove

RM136k for a kitchen, toilet and a bedroom is quite ridiculous, I do have the detail scope of work according to the quotation.

Hi, how much would be a conservative cost estimates for below works?

1) Hack & shift/construct column at the edge. Require footing?
2) Lengthen the beam to support new car porh roof.
3) Construct car porch roof.
4) Construct new exterior wall & door. Existing door & wall to be hacked off.
