I think the company is more of a consultant, not an architect. Another thing to ask, is it safe to make full payment to the consultant during signing the documents? What is the standard practice ya? Let's say the application failed, usually will the consultant reapply or the money just gone like that? Some questions sound silly, but better I ask here than being given an unfair deal later. Thanks The Borang F given by the developers is different. After VP you do any modification of the house you need to apply the submission from the local council and get a new CCC. Usually they will reapply for you. You better read the TnC or directly ask the consultant for the procedures and the payment terms. 😁
