QUOTE(mini orchard @ Sep 11 2021, 08:54 PM) Normally is an agreed lump sum for small job. It also depends on the material you preferred ....bricks, wood, glass or mix and match. thanks insightful thoughts, initially wanted to do aluminium and glass partition but suddenly aluminium price go up and everything doubled cost... so thinking to make dry wall using gypsum board like plaster ceiling those for top and bottom and middle only glassA complete solid wall without allowance for some natural lighting will make the place dark and warm PSF pricing is normally for big jobs. I'm here to write a review for this contractor (Daren). Before I appoint him I have another contractor that was doing renovation for my house but the contractor the quality is not so good and runaway. So I decided to search for some contractors in this forum and I've found Daren. He is friendly, quality of work is good and price is reasonable but in terms of time he will take a bit longer to complete. As we know, no one is perfect. Although there are some delays due to MCO but he managed to get all the approval from MITI and CIDB to resume back the work immediately. I will recommend him to those who wanna do renovation. Thanks to him and all his team for the hard work. Great guy, very friendly and can kawtim. Wish him all the best π Darenloh liked this post

Hi sifus, for extension of more than 500 sqf, have to submit new DO to municipal, which will take 4-6 months, and then BP, another 2-3 months.. I wonder is there any more clear cut ways of doing this? Please advise

Guys. I wanna ask. Is there such thing as Sirim concrete beam or Sirim concrete piling? I was given option to go with Sirim one which is 2x the price or non Sirim half the price.

Basically, it takes around 1-2 months and depend on how fast your architecture and engineer to draw the plan. If u do the submission on behalf of your client then u should know what to do first. If your client appoint a runner then u get the contact of the runner and provide what he needs. Here is my two cents π |

BS is with sirim and jkr specs. |
