Anyone experiencing somethin like , it's a new project and once u get the key, there's still alot of bangla/indon/ workers around that area doin some final touch up, doin defects etc etc... Then hire them to do the hackin and extension stuff?! Or not even hackin... just building up the wall at the yard areas and door..... is it safe?!

In my opinion, u can hire them if the works are repair or 1-2 days work. Renovation and extension better look for a licensed local contractor to do it. |

Hihi, can ask whether if we want to do a patio in the side, is it considered as the extension and need to apply permit?
Mainly, is do cement layout in the ground then followed by awning/ |

Mine is a sub sale bungalow 2700sqf. Need to remove a powder room, replace kitchen cabinets and walk-in wardrobe. And whole house painting plus touch up. Selayang area. Pls pm ur contact. |
