My land area is 1540 and built up is only around 1650, double storey.
The house is old and need to do everything from scratch including wiring and piping. And also do extension around 200 sqf for both floor.
Balcony need to do as well as currently the balcony is small,unable to cover whole car porch area. Any guys got experience roughly how much needed? I just met a contractor and he told me near a million, seriously?

For extension part i think within 100k can be done. piping and wiring ard 20k. painting 7k and tiling after extension ard 20k. so within 150k can be done. |
