I'm currently renovating my house in Penang & the previous owner used to subscribe to Time. Is it wise to hide the fibre cable in the plaster ceiling? I'm a bit worried that the cable might have been damaged before I got the house so will there be any extra charge if the cable needs to be replaced? If any of you are a service provider on Penang island, feel free to PM me any ongoing promotion.

I find it a bit weird that in Self Care, the contract period doesn't reflect the recontract that we've subscribed.
In my case, Self Care main page is displaying Contract Period: 08 April 2019 - 07 April 2021
But if I browse through my activities below the page, I did a "Recontract Broadband Plan" on 1 Mar 2021 for 24 months.
Therefore, I'm confused if I'm still eligible for the loyalty program which allows me to upgrade to 300Mbps for RM109 & get a free mesh device. The banner is shown to me when I log into Self Care so I assumed I'm eligible but to be on the safe side, I tried to contact Time CS but no response on the Self Care live chat & FB while 1800-18-1818 is experiencing high call volume.
