Is there any way of knowing when TIME will reach my apartment? There are contractors currently running fibre into the apartment I stay in, but they say they are just contractors, and only TIME can tell me when it will be ready.

So I called TIME, but CS is also unable to give me any information. I asked if they could transfer me to the actual network installation department, but they were unable to do that. Anyone have any information or ideas?

I've applied for unifi, and installation is on 28/05, but I would rather not be tied in to them for 2 years. I don't mind continuing using what I currently use for internet access, as long as I can have a target date that TIME will be installed.

I plan to install Time, since it has just arrived at my apartment. Of course I want it now, now, now!
Is there any benefit to going through a dealer/reseller/installer, versus applying on the Time website itself?

Does anyone have the same problem I'm facing? I'm unable to change the admin password for the router TPlink EC230-G1. My Time installation was on October 2, 2020. Is not being able to change the password normal? (because I see we can remote change the router SSID from our Self Care webpage) I have emailed Time CS, but they have closed my ticket without giving me an answer.

Edit to add : Chrome or Firefox same results. I'm logging in with "ISP" and TIMEXXXX successfully. Other usernames like admin, Admin, ADMIN don't work. Firmware version v1.0_200827.29057. Hardware Version:EC230-G1 v1 00000001
