I've been having severely garbage upload speeds from the past 3 weeks, usually below single digit like 0.2mbps, TIME has refused to answer my demand for a status report regarding this, i chatted with them multiple times on the time website. A splitter and technician came by and told me that the source of the problem isnt my router nor modem.
My download speeds are fine but my upload speed is so bad it makes my download speed worthless when playing games because i keep disconnecting. Attached thumbnail(s)
