manage change to TIME ISP from TM... TM max only can offer 30mbps, while TIME offer 500mbps for same price.

the only issue now i realized is, if i reboot my Router[tplink time give] i tooks about 10mins before the internet are back... if reboot modem, even much longer i took.
unplug cable from modem to router[router not off] and plug back also had wait over 10mins...

is this normal?
