recently apply TIME from agent for my business, submitted on monday and until today there is no respond from them. Is that a norm? In urgent need of internet to run my business and now im stuck no where. called their customer service and they ask me check with agent. what is wrong now with TIME?

Talked to agent. Agent said they submitted. But Times say they have not received any. So i dont know where is my application form go.
