I am currently with Maxis Broadband, if I want to switch to Time Fibre, what's the procedure?

Is Time Fibre installer on time with their installation schedule? Previously, Maxis installer super lousy and failed to show up for 3 times without early notice. Super waste time.

Is there anyone experience internet throttle this week?
My line here start from Sunday the speedtest never exceed 25Mbps download for 100Mbps plan. Then, for 2 days I had more than 14 hours per day , the huawei optical modem keep blinking LOS red light without internet.


Sorry. I didn't read the earlier post. Seems liked everywhere is down the TIME fiber.
My area is bukit jalil. Today connected but very slow the internet. Anyone know the reason?
