Did anyone try to downgrade? Their t&c on the footnote is sus hmm.gif

But why those signed-up after 15th April 2024 cannot downgrade? Only when I choose signed-up before 15th April 2024, only then I get the downgrade button from the live chat bot. It is better I follow them or just cheat (my subscription is already over 8 months).

Using cable here. Same issue, but I just download during non-peak hours.
