Hello, i need assistance with my Time wifi.
Recently my desktop wifi keeps disconnecting when using Time. This only happens on desktop and when im connected to Time. Other devices do not have any issue and i can use my phone's hotspot on desktop, the connection is good, no dc.

Ive tried resetting my network card, reinstalling drivers, the same thing still happens on my desktop. How do i deal with this? Do i need to reset my router? Is there any documentation i can follow? Sked i fkup the wifi details end up kaput the whole thing. Im using hg8145x6

Hi all, I would like to get some advice. My Time 200Mbps plan is expiring next month in November. The retention team is offering me 2 options:

Option 1: Free 6 months, keep WiFi 5, 24 mth contract
Option 2: 1 month waived, free upgrade to WiFi 6, 24 mth contract

I'm currently using WiFi 5, which serves me well for one person in a 700 sqft apartment. However, I sometimes get poor reception in the bedroom & toilet (the router is located in the living room). I'm tempted to upgrade to WiFi 6 if it can truly improve the signal/reception and also be more future-proof.

Would it be worth upgrading from WiFi 5 to WiFi 6? Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm not very techsavvy and would appreciate your advice.

Coming June my 200 Mbps contract going to end.

Should check Unifi could get better speed and price too ?
