Would like to ask for advise on the scenario as below

- Existing 100Mb TIME subscriber
- Using old type of of Optical Network Terminal Huawei HG8240H
- Would like to ask if possible to request for replacement to the latest HG8145V5 OmniMesh Router? Because I would like to renew my contract to get the OmniMesh (Essential Starter Pack) for free to extend my WiFi coverage

I can't find the item Huawei HG8145V5 OmniMesh Router or the Optical Network Terminal in the selfcare portal -> shop
May I know how can I request for one?

Contacted CS and didn't help at all, just ask me to request for free Mesh under Selfcare Portal->Shop and said Huawei HG8145V5 is only given to new subscriber. The CS even said your existing Huawei HG8240H not support the free Mesh no problem at all, the free Mesh can be a router. Come on TIME, my intention is I want to expand my wifi coverage via this free Mesh but if this free Mesh is only to replace my existing TP-Link wifi router then it doesn't help me at all in expanding my wifi coverage, disappointed!

Yeah, why not? After replaced, I can save up 1 power point to power separate wifi router and I can request for free OmniMesh to widen my wifi coverage since the new Huawei HG8145 is 2 in 1 modem+Wifi and Mesh router
