Experiencing high pings and slower download speeds. Image attached is tested using a direct connection to ONU/ONT via cat6 cable. So this rules out the router, download speeds are around 370mbps while uploads are close to 500. ( 500mbps plan)
Is there any others with this issue? Location: ara damansara

Yes been using time since 2015 , only experienced 3 times? ish for the entire period and they managed to keep me updated via SMS for the past 2 times as i recall. When i was on Unifi or streamyx 3 times per month of downtime is possible lol. All issues with time are resolved within 24 hours which i think is stated in their TnC
