Hi guys, do you know which speed test are the TIME technicians are using when checking the speed? Is it also by Ookla? I'm asking because when i'm doing speedtest i can only get max 150Mbps via cable. I'm on 500Mbps plan. But during my router upgrade (ec230), i saw the speedtest the technician did is getting 500Mbps.

Does most or all subscriers here always gets the max speed of your package? Like 100mbps for 100mbps package or 500mbps for 500mbps package? I feel like can only get the max speed when the technician is doing the speed test. |
