Currently I have TIME 500mbps with RM119 (139 rebate 20). If I downgrade to 100mbps, I will lose the rebate discount right?

Lately my internet keep being stuck at 100Mbps (my plan is 500), and I had to restart the router for it to go back to 500. This is getting annoying if it happens every day.

May I know how to perform direct connection to ONU?
What's the steps?
Edit: How will I need to configure the login and stuff
Edit again: I unplugged and plugged back the cable between C1200 and the ONU, then the speed is back to 500 without turning off any of the device.

So far never occurred to me. I do have one time issue where the router self restarts while I'm using it.

Mine with Cat6 cable can reach 400-500Mbps easily on Fast.com while wireless 150Mbps (since my phone limited to 150Mbps speed)

My router (TP Link Archer C1200) suddenly shut down by itself (rip gaming) and then the power icon blinking for few minutes then proceeded to start working back normally. Anyone knows why is so? I think I have this happened maybe once a month.

Hi, guys. I'm having one small issue since last few weeks. Everyday at night (6pm-1am), I will have mostly one time disconnect and then it will resume back to normal after few seconds. This causes me to get disconnected while gaming. It only happens one time but everyday. My area is within Kg. Attap, KL if that matters.

It is up now, usable for browsing but not stable for gaming.

I'm starting to get intermittent re-connection this week. Hasn't happen in last few months already, I didn't touch the router/modem either though.
