anyone got problem with TIME connection randomly get disconnected, then reconnect back by itself then in less than an hour it disconnect and reconnect

i just happened recently, used for like 2 years dont have such problem, sometime when blowing strong wind or raining also will have this problem, but i doubt is the weather that is causing this

called to the customer support, they help to reset port (something similar to unifi) but the problem is still the same, i complain again then they say will send a technician to check, and right after i complained the line is okay again, when the technician called he said he cant do anything also if the line is okay

my experience with this was due to my old router (provided by TIME). It stopped happening after I replace my router

but the thing is my router did not restart, so i dont know if is really router problem, but throughout the years got few times it will auto restart

i keep getting frequent disconnection recently, i called TIME and they sent technician over and they said i need to change my router because the C1200 is having this problem, now i've change to TP-link AX20 and i'm still having the same problem

i call TIME again after i changed router they say this could be TP-link problem and ask me to call their customer support instead vmad.gif i feel like they are just push the responsibility around and not knowing how to solve the issue

i checked my router every time it disconnect it will show this log, anyone know what's the cause for this or having the same issue?

Please do screenshot yr WAN connection settings page to me to take a look.

Thanks.

P/S : When you said frequent disconnection, is it wifi disconnection or the entire WAN connection is disconnected & your router globe light showing orange color ?
*
the globe light showing orange color, then after 1-5 mins the the connection okay again, the wifi is okay when WAN disconnect, my router never restart even my old Archer C1200 provided by TIME also never restart, just the WAN get disconnected
