Anything i need to take note for the installation cause my installation will be take place in this week. I try to minimize the problems after the installer left. Eg. Router Software version update, desktop setting, speed test etc.

Me too experiencing the snail speed and my DL is around 0.5-1.0 Mbps for few hours dy! This is just my 3rd day using TIME!

Now i just swap to my Mobile Hotspot for surfing.

Just back to normal.

I did called up TIME CS and did the TIME SPEEDTEST on the spot. The CS also seen the real time speed from my terminal. She admitted something not right and raised a ticket on my feedback. I am only getting average <1Mbps for DL but surprisingly the UL can maintain 30-50 Mbps that time. Luckily the line back to normal few hours later. I did noticed the connection dropped intermittently during this period.

It seems like line stability is a issue and i also encountered few times line drop in a day and need to reboot the router and ONU. Is this normal?

Thanks for the advise. Since it's new line, i will continue to monitor and hopefully there is no more sudden line drop issue.

Hi guys, i am considering to upgrade my 100Mbps to 500Mbps package with RM10 rebate per month for 24 months.

I would like to clarify if i upgrade my C1200 to TP Link EC230, is there any improvement on signal coverage with thie EC230 vs my current C1200? Currently i found my C1200 is quite weak coverage in my apartment. Or is it worth to pay RM699 to upgrade to ASUS AC86U?

I just called CS and they advise me better use Linksys Velop for better coverage. According to them, AC86U is "Good for gaming" but is not designed for coverage....i have no idea since i never use it. Are you experiencing better coverage with AC86U? FYI, my apartment is 1100 sqft which i think it's not that sizable and hope to cover by using only One good router and i am thinking the most cost effective and fastest way is direct replacing my current C1200 (3 antennas) with the EC-230 (4 antennas)to enhance the coverage issue.

1850sqft is much larger area. My biggest challenge in my house is the signal has to penetrate 3 concrete walls to reach my master bedroom. Hope AC86U can do wonders on this.

Been told if want to terminate TIME, users need to give one month notification even with contract ended? Is it true?

Me too looking into migrating to other BB operator as TIME is very strict (Stingy) in offering. Even i have been with TIME for more than 5 years and no longer under contract, they also won't consider offering me for relocation fee waiver.

Are those TIME offers come with new 24 mnths contract binding?
