I registered on 21 July (Sunday), my appointment confirmed on 29th July 10am is it normal to wait for 7 days for appointment?

Another question, I'm using ASUS AC86U router, may I know how to configure it? Is it just put in PPPoe details then connect straightly? Do it need other configuration like Unifi (Apply IPTV setting to get connection active)

Finally im on Time 500 mbps!

But speedtest by installer as below:-


Is it normal that cannot get full speed?
Even I changed to my own router ASUS AC86U, still cannot get the real 500 mbps full speed,
any setting I missing?

UPDATED: DONE, speed test with my TV Box then can get full speed now. Happy

Suppose its depend on what your upgraded router?
You can just take stock time router model and your upgrade router wish list, the model,
google search the difference of its specs lo.

i think the stability really depend on what router we using.

I just got TIME installed on this Monday, after the installation guy went off, I immediately change to my own router AC86U.
Before I changed, I did notice, my line keep disconnected (really not stable), using their stock router given.
So I just changed it and keep in drawer.
So far my line very stable now.

Heard they will charge.
So i just let them to install with stock router themselves.
After they leave, I just took out my own router to install myself.
The work completion form they will write PPPoe details, but in my case,
I cannot see it clearly as their terrible handwriting
But then immediately I did receive email from TIME which indicate my PPPoe login details there also.
Just login ASUS router page and key in PPPoe details and save,
make sure IPTV/VLAN tagging choose NONE, then ur internet good to go.
(for my case because i came from unifi, so my router already pre-choose VLAN tagging previously, so must choose NONE again to make sure there is active internet connection)

Aman Puri faced outage once a month
But luckily service can be up within few hours.

My ping always 2-3ms. not more than 5 for max. maybe your router problem?

aman puri also keep DC for few 10 min then resume back few 10 min then down again.
