Can confirm, did it just now (live chat -> live agent -> ask for retention team), even when I am still under contract, retention team got back to me in ~10 minutes. That is stupidly rapid, and 6 months free. Plan is 600 mbps though so I dont know about 200. if rm99 200Mbps free 6 months = effectively rm74.xx before tax per month.
