TIME has been down since approx 10.30-45 in my area, Subang. There's no news whatsoever regarding this outage. Is anyone else affected?

Hi, I wanted to move my Time from one location to another. 1 week+ prior to that, I've submitted a relocation request and was given a confirmed appointment date which was yesterday.

Last minute today I was suddenly told that the port in the new location is full and I would have to wait till January before I can install?

I find this rather disappointing and irresponsible of Time. Especially during these hard times and CMCO where internet is lifeline for most of us that have to make a living at home.

Is there an alternative solution to this or anyone facing similar situation that can share your method of resolution?

Which is what I did and was informed earliest availability on January which is absolutely unacceptable as a loyal multiple premise user of time for 7yrs. Shouldn't they check port availability first prior to confirming an appointment? This setback causes massive damage in my businesses and workflow rubbing additional salt on wound caused by cmco.
