wanting to opt for time 100mbps package since my Unifi package has reached 2 years maturity.

i'm currently in a condo with no existing fiber optics and just common copper wire.

Time and Unifi has installed the fiber optics at the riser room at my floor (approx 6 meters away from front door, additional ~15meters to existing wall internet socket)

I do not see any junction boxes at my floor's riser room but only cable trunk installed. Does this means that my fiber optic wire would need to be pulled from the floor which has a junction box up to my floor and subsequently to my house?

With this additional costs i think that opting out does not presents advantage.

Also, I would like to know whether the RM99/100mbps,RM139/500mbps, RM199/1Gbps has already deducted the RM100 promo that they are currently having? or does it mean to be like the scenario below:
"subscribe RM99/100mbps package and 1st month's billing deduct 1-time-only RM100 and subsequent months as usual RM99 billed."

Lastly, has anyone here have experience in fiber optics installation by Time's appointed installer and will they explain the additional charges before doing anything? coz having an installation bill shock is not what i wanted.

Thank you for your kind reply. ok so from what you have mentioned, whatever charges TIME will impose is for the wiring works needed within the house after front gate and the subscriber do not need to be charged for wiring works from riser room to condo house front gate.

understand that inside house, theres a 20meter wiring limit and every meter more will charge RM10/m.

last question, as TIME seems to be stable at some region and some reported very bad services. I will be best to opt for 12month (additional rm300) package but would like to know what are the penalties involved in cancellation of contract before maturity?

Hi guys. Saw within self care TIME website that existing subscribers are able to get free routers and just need to go back into 24months contract. Would like to know what are the cancelation costs if one decides to cancel time broadband within 24months?

Is the new tplink ec230 worth it? My current unit is tplink c1200 and with 100mbps plan.
