anyone used ZenWIFI AC - CT8 with Time Fiber before? possible to replace this with the Time provided router?

since TIME has commissioned in my taman, plan to move to TIME, just want to know if anyone used Asus CT8 to replace the router they provided

yea, XT8's difference is 802.11ax and higher memory compared to CT8.

I am changing to Time soon. Currently I am on Unifi and using ASUS AC86U for some time. May I know is ASUS AC86U can be used as a wifi router instead of using Time provided wifi router? If yes, any specific configuration needed? Thank you

I’m planning to change from UniFi to Time, how should I plan for the cancellation to avoid lengthy downtime? As I would need to wait for the Time technician to come to install and set it up? Do they promise to schedule an appointment within a fixed timeframe?

If we are not allowed to change that, I guess the only way is to get a new router and set the original model to bridge mode, if this would be the solution, may I know what router is the best to be used to fully utilize the 500mbps connection?

How do you even do that? So i think one m9 unit connect to the white router as it will be the one connect to internet?

if so, you just need to setup as usual, enter the PPPoE ID & Password.
No need to call TIME CS. Unless you are using a Modem Router like the 1st pic.
