If you checked thru google or any website, that won’t tell anything. You should check directly through your router page.

It's really up to your choice... sometimes they might counter with "Free 6 Months" to avoid losing customers.

Call TIME or live chat them and tell them you want to terminate your fiber subscription.

Then they will probably say wait for termination process. Someone will probably call you during this process.

Don't worry if this thing backfire, cause you can always withdraw your termination request. TIME requires 30 days notice for service termination.

can hit 600Mbps if i am sitting next to the main mesh router, but not all the time, the speed even at the main node can fluctuate quite a lot... as i shared before, i notice this inconsistency after the free speed upgrade... i believe it is the main factor that causes the fluctuation. Last time before free speed upgrade I can consistently hit the maximum speed no issue.

i am using wifi 5, but theoritically wifi 5 can hit above 600Mbps no issue as long as signal and coverage is good e.g. next to the wifi router also..

Once my contract is over, still have another less than 1 year now to 15 dec 2025 before i downgrade to 200Mbps... seriously dun need so high speed, most of the the time only 1 person using. 200Mbps is already overkilled. even once in a while i need to download large files, the need is also rare..  but ur case, 6 months free the price will be around rm104.25 per month effectively (excluding SST) which is quite close to the 200Mbps price... since u are going to use the fibre broadband anyway, it is a good deal too.

i actually prefer to keep contract free becos i am renting unit. but if they can offer 6 months free for rm99 200Mbps plan for 2 years contract, maybe i will consider... rm74.25 effectively monthly if such offer exists. (wonder if anyone on 200Mbps plan got such offer?)

That seems like you’re limited to 500. Were you on 300mbps plan before boost? After boost, 300mbps plan gets upgraded to 500mbps. Only 500mbps plan gets upgraded to 600mbps. If not, you should contact CS.

As other bro suggested, maybe confirm ur plan is 600Mbps. If yes, then report to time and ask why u cannot hit 600Mbps.
