Why owner did not do tittle perfection?
Onwer tot if wanna sell, no need do.

Strata Tittle issue?
Yes Starta Tittle issued. ParkVille Kota Damansara.

Question
1) Possible to get consent on direct transfer from developer?
2) If 1) not allowed I can only do a double transfer.
3) Will I have an issue with Getting loan? Reading alot of places no strata tittle > 10years = reject.

Ultimately..

How long should I expect til I get hold of the key. Let say S&P by mid October.
Developer to Vendor 6 months?
Vendor to Buyer 6 months?

Am i looking at approx 1 year?
