there were some backlash especially from the 1st episode. i usually dont dive in head 1st on the anime and ive read the manga before so i know what to expect. this anime is not for the faint of heart.

If they got killed by goblins, they are noobs Of course, next to Goblin Slayer, everyone else is noob at killing goblins.

the people that didnt feel nothing from the rape scenes watched too many hentai's.

i dont mind really. its a part of a story and the scene is done quite tamely to be honest (of course the censorship comes in play). its not to arouse us, its to feel disgusted over what the goblins can and will do once they got u.

its a story build up for us to know that the goblin in this verse do heinous acts and made us the viewers hate the goblin for what it is....

at the end of the day, we are not mentally the same, some take things seriously while others takes this as a part of story telling.

Meh. Nothing special about this anime. Will forgotten once series ended just like typical LN/manga adapted anime.

TBH, the epi 1 was disappointing.
they did not put in the introductory scenes of the guys/girls that were going to be killed.
it would have made a better impact for the showing the brutalities. more feels.

btw, this is not even very gory nor heartbreaking.

other than the shock factor (or shiok factor, depanding on how you look at it) there doesn't seem like much is going on in this animu.

very bland, one dimensional and serious protag. killing the same dumb enemy only noobs having trouble with. a bit preachy with the whole morality of the MC hunting goblins and not hunting fame thing. very fanservice-y.

also what's up with the MC never taking off his battle gear? he reminds me of an mmo character farming loot for a quest or something.

also is the MC the childhood friend of the busty cowgirl?
