Thanks for the response. multiSIM is a discontinued service that's different from dual-sim. It's basically a cloned SIM card service from Maxis that allows the devices running these SIM cards to share the data plan, make calls from the same number, but we have to designate one of the multi multiSIMs as the master to receive calls.
