resident quality in this part of damansara is questionable. many PH according to my friends living there.

Each part of damansara also got PH.. kota damansara, tropicana, flora.. not only DP...
In fact in DP u can find many korean, Japs, europeans living there

Cannot run from them.. Unless u live in one of the island.. Control the population profile...

Hi PH mainly stay in Flora Damansara. Not so much in DP.

Exims will not price cheap...The price here has been stagnant like other places. With the supplies and also armanee terrace cannot sell the remaining units even at 400psf has dragged the performance in dp. Oh ya the new highway there also does not help

From exsim land cost, rm400 sf is already profitable. Developers remain very greedy and perhaps there are still many sxxkers around.

AK is no longer doing the project at EC or is this a separate development within EC?

Pls distingish btw ec 1 and ec2.

Aset kayamas earlier entered into agreement to buy 20acres out of 70 acres (figure not verified) of EC2....but now no deal....

Report said exsin came in to buy ec2....but not sure abt whether bought over aset kayamas interssted land to launch affordable homes or exsim bought the entire piece of land of ec2 and 1st phase is affordable housing.

Ec2 is still bare land...no building construct yet

415sf is definitely a bit on the small side especially when it is a long and narrow configuration.

Most consumers in this country choose $8/800g bag nuggets over $9.5/kg bag and 50% meat patties over 100% meat patties.

mircoflats are those 300sq and below apartments.

so far only non schedule spa managed to offer such mircoflat. have not seen any schedule H spa offered for such configuration.....

empire, riveria @ brickfields, summer suites and axon are some typical non schedule spa that offer 300sq space.

it has nothing to do with land. its to do with location vs price.

lets say, would you pay 300k for a mirco flat right next to Pavillion?? if your answer is yES, then developer will sell you 150sq apartment at 300k at 2000psf.
as simple as that.

Many also find $7.50/700g bag nuggets is cheaper than $8/800g bag nuggets.
